1.CSK Bearing’s briefly description:

The dust cover on both sides can prevent dust and iron filings of 0.3mm or more from entering the interior, and can also replace the reed type according to the needs of use. Seal the cover. The CSK-2RS type is widened (sealed on both sides).
2.CSK Bearing Introduction:
Operating temperature range -40 ° C to +130 ° C, instantaneous high temperature up to +150 ° C.
For better lubrication, use a lubrication method that is immersed in oil. Use an appropriate method to remove the butter and install it in the oil sump.
3.CSK Bearing Protection:
Torque transmission is a “tight fit” method. The outer ring is pressed against the rigid wall with N6 tolerance, and the inner ring is pressed with the working shaft with n6 tolerance. The internal interference of the inner bearing is C5, so it is tightly matched. When the internal deformation is reduced, the torque and the bearing can achieve the desired effect. When installing, be careful not to knock the inner ring to press the outer ring into the machine wall, or knock the inner ring to press the outer ring into the shaft.
4:CSK Bearing Application:
One side of the inner ring or the outer ring can be fixed by glue. If both sides of the inner and outer rings are fixed with glue, the function will be reduced. If you do not want to use the tight fitting method, you can use CSK-P series C3 bearing to install the effect.
