How about your producing capacity ?
Our producing ability is about 25 tons per day and we do business at home and aboard,
How do you control the color difference and quality?
You know the printing field it is impossible to be totally same, but we can do 92%-95% similar to your provided samples. Of course, the quality is the same as our provided the samples. If we cannot decide the color whether we can do or not, we will send to you to confirm firstly.
After production, we will check the thickness, width, the color of the film carefully. Tolerance for the thickness was control within±0.01mm. And we will keep the sample for each order. When you have the regular order for one model, we can guarantee the quality, thickness, and the color.
Do you have stock?
Yes, we have a stock catalogue. If you have it and you are interested in which color, pls contact with me and tell me the code number on the back. I will check later. Becuase some films are hot-sell, and if you want to buy it, pls wait some days.
How many days of production?
Different products with different delivery date.
For Example:
1,Matt may be needed 15-20days for 20FLC
2,High gloss may be needed 20-25days for 20FLC
3,Expecially, High gloss metallic takes 30-35days to do it 20FLC
4,If the sample needs openning cylinders, it will takes time by situation
