Tributyl phosphate
Butyl phosphate is a colorless and odorless transparent liquid with a flash point of 193℃, a boiling point of 289℃ (101KPa), a viscosity of 3.5 ~ 12.2 centipoise, and an refractive index of 1.4226 (20℃). It is miscible with the usual organic solvent, slightly soluble in water, and the solubility of water in this product is 7% (25℃). But it hydrolyzes as the temperature rises.

Product application
1. Used as gas chromatography fixing solution, nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose solvent, plasticizer, rare earth metals separation agent and organic synthesis intermediates 2. It has good effect of polymerization inhibition on acrylates, methacrylates, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile, styrene, butadiene, and its polymerization inhibition performance is better than that of phenol. 3. Used as extractant for metal complexes, plasticizer for nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and PVC, solvent for paints, inks and adhesives. 4. Used as the main plasticizer of cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride, and also commonly used as solvent of paints, adhesives and inks, defoamer, anti-static agent, extractant of rare earth elements. The LD50 of rat is 3000mg/kg. 5. Nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate solvent, defoamer, heat exchange medium, plasticizer, extractant. Gas chromatography stationary solution (maximum use temperature 120 ℃, solvent for ether) extraction of cobalt, iridium, manganese, molybdenum, palladium, rhodium, nickel, uranium and tungsten, colorimetric determination of molybdenum.
