Work Theory:
This chili seeds remover installed with blades and sieve inside, the blades will cut the chili into sections first, then separate the chili pulp and seeds, the chili seeds will fall to the bottom by the vibrating sieve. And the chili pulp will be sent by the belt conveyor to the next processing part. The chili seeds come out from this machine can be packaged directly.
Application:
1.This machine is mainly used for separating the seeds from whole chili, it suits to all kinds of chilies , it can produce big and clean flakes and the seeds can be packed directly, the output is 200kg~ 1000kg/hour, it is the necessary equipment for the chilies’ further processing.
