Brief introduction of roller crusher structure
The structure of the counter roll crusher consists of a frame, a double transmission device (one transmission device in case of a single motor), a crushing roll, an adjusting device, etc. One motor is driven to the movable crushing roll through a triangular belt, and the other motor is driven to the fixed roll through a gear (or triangular belt), which rotates in the opposite direction, Thus, the materials between the crushing rollers are crushed.

The crushing roller is the working mechanism of the crusher. The bearing of one roller is movable and the bearing of the other roller is fixed. The crushing roller is composed of roller skin, wheel shell, sector disk, main shaft and other components. The roller skin is made of high manganese steel, and the sector plate is used to tighten the bolts, nuts and other parts to be fixed with the wheel housing, and the center of the wheel housing is connected with the main shaft with a key. In order to strengthen the tightness of the bearing, the bearing seat adopts labyrinth sealing and felt sealing devices. The lubrication of the bearing is to drive the grease into the bearing seat through the oil gun and nozzle.
The adjusting device adjusts the gap between the crushing rollers by increasing or decreasing the number of gaskets between the two crushing rollers, that is, the size of the discharge port.
When the roller crusher works, the crushing force generated between the crushing rollers is balanced by the spring. When the crusher is overloaded, the crushing force increases rapidly, the spring is compressed, forcing the movable bearing to move slightly, the width of the discharge port becomes larger, and the non broken objects can be discharged. Then, the movable bearing returns to the original state with the help of the spring force, and the crusher can continue to work. The tightness of the spring is very important for the normal operation and overload protection of the crusher. Because the spring is always in the vibration state when the crusher is working, it is easy to cause fatigue damage. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher, it must be checked and replaced regularly.
Maintenance and use of double roller crusher:
1. After the machine is started, the motor and crusher shall operate stably before feeding, and the feeding shall be uniform.
2. The bearing shall be filled with grease regularly. The machine shall be disassembled and cleaned after half a year of operation.
3. The materials entering the crusher shall meet the requirements of process regulations. If there are too large materials or wood, metal, etc., they shall be selected in advance to prevent damage to the machine.
4. When the machine is working, observe the working condition of the machine at any time, and there shall be no blockage of the discharge port. Whether the discharge particle size meets the requirements and the roller skin wear. If the particle size does not meet the requirements or the roller skin is seriously worn, the roller skin shall be adjusted or replaced in time.
5. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding and stop the machine only after the materials in the hopper are discharged.
6. Regular inspection and maintenance shall be carried out, especially the wear of roller skin, and vulnerable parts shall be replaced in time to maintain the normal operation of the machine.
