Description of jaw crusher machine:
Jaw crusher is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries in a variety of ore and large pieces of material of medium size crushing. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa. Jaw crusher is mainly used for coarse crusher and medium crusher in the mining, building materials, refractories, cement, ceramics, infrastructure and other industries. In accordance with the size of the feed width, jaw crusher is divided into large, medium and small three types. Feeding width of more than 600MM is large machine, feed width of 300-600MM is the medium-sized machine, the feed width of less than 300MM is small machine.
Working principle of jaw crusher machine:
The working part of the jaw crusher is two jaw plates, one is the fixed jaw plate, another is the moving jaw plate. The moving jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating motion towards the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separated, sometimes close. When separated, the materials go into the crushing chamber, the finished product will be discharged from the outlet. When close, the material will be crushed between the two jaw plates.
