1. Description of rock breaking powder machine cone crusher

crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher. The safety system uses dry oil and water as two kinds of
sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separate to make sure reliable performance. The type of
crushing chamber depends upon size of feeding and fineness of crushed product. The standard type is applied to
medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine
crushing.

3. Operating principles of rock breaking powder machine cone crusher
Crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone.Horizontal axis of
crusher is driven by motor through the V belt,and drives eccentric cover by gear.Eccentric cover makes
main shaft rotate to cause eccentricity.
Materials enter crushing chamber through upper inlet of crusher,and are discharged out through lower outlet.
The series of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher has much less trouble,and operating ratio is increased more
than 85%,so the whole cost is reduced greatly.
