2.CGE Series jaw crushers
CGE series jaw crushers are single toggle jaw crushers.It is one of the most commonly used crushers in industrial production. They are widely applied in coarse and medium reduction of various kinds of ores and rocks with compressive strength under 350 MPa. CGE series have a crushing cavity which is composed of a movable jaw, a stationary jaw and a edge plate. Driven by motor, via motor pully, V-belt and crusher pully, eccentric shaft that make movable jaw move in accordance track and crush the material which are in the crushing cavity and produce the final crushed material through the discharge gate. CGE series jaw crushers have advanced features such as high reduction ratio, high capacity, long service time, simple construction, outstanding reliability, easy maintenance, low energy consumption etc. Therefore, CGE series are the top priority products as the primary crushing. They are widely applied in mining, road&railway, concrete, chemical and building material industries.
3.Main advantages of CGE Series jaw crushers
(1) Chamber of crusher is designed to have deep cavity, the main parts of the body using wedge welding and overall annealing so that frame structure can be simple, high strength and durable. The design of it ensure that the capacity and reduction ratio of the crusher.
(2) The segmented structure makes it possible to replace the two tooth plate when one is wore out, so the utilization is improved greatly.
(3) Fianl product size can be contalled by controlled by adjusting the discharge opening size by using hydraulics; this makes operation more convenient and safe.
(4) Double adjustment seats, with arc-shape liner inside, disperse the Partial pressure to the overall surfaceeffectively , result in extending the life of toggle plate and adjustment seat.
(6) This type of model is designed up and down two parts, fixed by the dowel pin, so it's easy for assembly, disassembly, transportation and installation at user`s site.
