1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density is
between 1.0t/m3-1.6t/m3; conveyor obliquity is less than 18° and the material stockpile angle is 30°.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m³.
3. The conveying length isn’t restricted to the form; different length can be manufactured according to
customers' demands.

The working temperature is from -200C to +400C and the temperature of conveying material is under 500C.

Working principle of mobile rubber belt conveyor machine
it consists of frame, conveyor belt, belt rollers, tension device, transmission device and the like. Body is connected by superior steel plate, which forms rack by former and back landing legs, and plane has certain inclined angle. Rack is equipped with belt roller, carrier roller and the like, which drives and supports conveyor belt. There are two ways of driving: gear motor drive and electric roller drive.
