1. Product ordering process:

2. Installation Service:
On the day or the next day when the equipment arrives at the installation site, the installation personnel of the manufacturer will also arrive at the site and be responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment. During the installation, the expenses of food, accommodation, water, electricity, hoisting equipment and manpower required by the installation shall be borne by the customer. 3. After-sales Service:
After the balance of the product is settled, the free warranty period of the product is one year. If the equipment fails within one year, you only need to be responsible for the room and board expenses of the maintenance personnel; Exempt the cost of materials and labor; Materials, labor and travel expenses will be charged after one year.
4. Return Agreement:
As the amusement equipment is a special product, it occupies a large area, and the color, appearance, specifications, functions and so on are generally customized according to the customer's requirements, so after the contract comes into effect, the purchaser shall not suspend the contract, once suspended, the down payment shall not be returned; Before delivery, please customer inspection, satisfied with the delivery; After delivery, no return; So please read the order contract agreement carefully, understand the manufacturer's difficulties. 5. About the price:
The quotation of all our products does not include tax, freight, fence, foundation, ceiling, operation room and other equipment besides the additional devices.
6. About color difference:
The product pictures are taken in kind. Due to the different lighting and display, the color difference is inevitable. Please refer to the kind.
7. About Transportation:
My company is only responsible for loading and customer contact transport car business, transport costs are different, so the freight by the customer pay. After the goods arrive at the installation site, the customer shall unload the goods by himself and be responsible for the safety of the goods.
