2.what's your MOQ?

      we are the factory, normally MOQ is one container, But we can guarantee our customer stocks for some new designs even you only need 10-60pcs, trail order is acceptable.

        If you want to get the general ideas for our products quality,you can make us a sample order,we can arrange all the things for you by oean or DHL,we will chose the cheappest and best transportation ways for you ,because we have cooperated with professional forwarding company for many years,you only need to pay us the product cost and freight ,everything we will do for you for your 100%satisfaction.


4.How about your payment?

    we need 30% deposit for starting produce ,and the rest will be paid before loading container.we also accept EXW,FOB,CIF&L/C etc,different countries ,different rules.

5.How about your delivery time?

    we only need 5-15  days for producing ,normally we make stocks for some common items.we can match our customer's demands for the delivery time.

8.What kinds of packing will you use for my guarantee?

   Normally we use stand export packing ,Glass will be in one seperate carton ,eash side will have foam to protect it. Marble will be packed by  wood shelf with nail, The wooden drawers will be packed by standard export cartons, The stainless steel shelf will be protected by   Thread  Seal Tape. We can do as customer's demands,because of the advantages of our factory OEM&ODM service.

12.If i pay the deposit ,how can i get the information of producing &quality control before shippemnt?

       After you pay the deposit ,we wiil start producing ,all the details if you need ,we can provide producing photoes which we will go to the workshop to take it for you ,and Before you pay the balance,the ready goods ,we will ask our factory professional installation workers to take one pcs to have a trial assembly in order to be sure for the matching of our board and accessories.

13.If i receive your goods,some damaged or i did not know how to install ,what you can do it for me?

     When you receive the goods,meeing any problems,please need to contact us with out hesitation,we will deal with it in the shortest time. 
     For the installation,we already put one drawing papers in our packing carton,if you did not get it ,we can provide again and ask our professional stuffs to teach you step by step which you need to pay more attention.


14.If i have my own design products,you can accept customized?
