It is a two-component anticorrosive paint prepared with high molecular synthetic resin, heat insulating materials, pigments and fillers through addition of additives; the matched products include heat insulating antirust primer, intermediate paint and heat reflection finish. The paint film of this product can isolate and reflect the heat of fluorescent lamps to ensure excellent heat insulation effect, produce obvious temperature difference between the surface and interior part of objects, and reduce the temperature; meanwhile, it can effectively protect metals, which has high resistance to acid, alkali, inorganic salt, water and weathering; it is in compliance with GB 50393-2008.
Design Purpose It can be used as anticorrosive insulation coat on the exterior wall of storage tanks in petrochemical and chemical industries; the paint can minimize energy consumption as required by cooling of liquefied gas containers, oil tankers, finished oil tanks, spherical tanks and various chemicals (methanol, benzene, ethanol, styrene, naphtha, glycol, dimenthyl ether and acrylonitrile) tanks used in the high-temperature environment in summer, and reduce the inhalation loss of oil products of low boiling point under high temperature. | |||
