Product features and advantages
High molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent for solvent ink-jet. The additive can improve the wetting process of the pigment, and because of its good steric stability to the pigment, it can also improve the appearance performance of the system (hue strength, luster, haze, transparency). It can reduce the viscosity of concentrated pigment slurry and final ink-jet and eliminate thixotropy, so as to achieve long-term storage stability without viscosity change.
VOK®- Disper 9132 can also make all pigment particles have the same charge, so as to avoid flocculation caused by pigment particles with different charges. Because of its good flocculating effect, it can obtain very small pigment particle size and narrow particle size distribution, thus shortening the filtering time of ink-jet.
Recommended use
VOK®- The Disper 9132 is suitable for various types of solvent based ink-jet and can stabilize most of the standard pigments used for ink-jet, especially recommended for magenta, cyan and yellow pigments.
Recommended dosage: 75-140%
The amount of additives (purchased form) is based on organic pigments. 120-180 % 120-180
The amount of additives (purchase form) is based on carbon black pigment.
The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
Wetting and dispersing aids should normally be added to the abrasive in order to make them fully effective. Pre mix the resin and solvent components in the abrasive, and then slowly add the auxiliary agent in the stirring state. Pigments can only be added after the auxiliaries are completely dispersed and uniform.
