Product Brief Introduction
It is of lubricant oil distillate through dewaxingsulfuric acid refining with high alkane content,low aromatic hydrocarbon content, and high flash point. It makes up the defects of using other oil instead of rubber processing oil, meanwhile, it eliminates the ingredients in the lubricant oil which are not good for the rubber production.
Less volatile and high flash point.
This series of paraffin oil,with high flash point and low volatile for rubber products processing, provides a characteristics of better weather fastness and small volatiles under high temperature.
Low content of aromatic hydrocarbons, The characteristics of paraffin oil is low content of aromatic hydrocarbon, which is particularly important in the peroxide vulcanization process of application; low content of aromatics can reduce consumption of vulcanizing agent to reduce the cost of paraffin base oil. Low aromatic hydrocarbon content and low volatility are far better than otherrubber filling oil without good refining. Low aromatics content improves the performance of rubber antioxidant and degradation performance and helps prevent aging contraction; it improves the bad appearance of the products(such as rough bubbles), both of which extend the service life of rubber products.
