Oxygen absorber helps to keep products fresh and extend shelf life by taking oxygen out of a heat sealed 

package.  

Oxygen makes up approximately 21% of the air in the atmosphere, however oxygen absorber absorb all oxygen within a  sealed container to create an oxygen free condition (maintaining an oxygen concentration of 0.1% 

or less).  

Without oxygen, moist products are protected from mold and products high in oils and fats are safe from 

rancidity.

choose packaging material with low oxygen permeability. In principle, choose packaging material whose 

oxygen permeability is 20 ml/m ² atm 24h or less. 

2,Select the correct model. 

3,After opening a master bag, you may spread out the needed quantity of sachets in a tray for usage.

 Please do not expose the sachets in the air for more than 30 minutes.

 How to measure the oxygen in your container? 

Oxygen volume Vl (CC)

 =(container volume (CC) -contained goods volume (CC)) x 21%

 = (Length(cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) – food Weight (g)) x 21%

For example, if 500 ml of air is contained in a package, the amount of oxygen included therein is about 100 ml, so Tianli oxygen absorber of model 20 will be chosen. Because TL-20 will absorb 120ml of oxygen.
