Sodium gluconate is a polyhydroxy carboxylate, also known as: gluconic acid salt/ D-gluconic acid. Formula: C6H11O7Na; molecular weight: 218.14; HS code: 2918160000;CAS: 527-07-1. The appearance is white or light yellow crystalline granules or powder, easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ether.
