Characteristics
• Single Piece Solid Ceramic: the ceramic pipe is pressed by ISO method to form a solid ceramic pipe. Therefore, there is no seams or fitted tiles, and therefore the possibility of media attacking and penetrating behind the ceramic is eleminated.
• Easy Instanlation: single piece, easily installed.
Application
Widely used as wear-resistant ceramic liner for abrasive fluid conveying, or after any flow element that creates diverted or turbulent flow, valve, pump, bend. There is typical application as ceramic lined flange adapter, reducers, elbow, or pipe spool; other field like system of coal transportation, material handling, milling, ash discharging and dedusting for coal-fired power plant, steel, metallurgy, machinery, coal, mine, chemical industry, cement and wharf.
