Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd covers an area of 350,000m2 and it has 0.82 billion RMB of total assets. It has six subsidiary companies such as the mechanical plant, electronic plant, casting plant, installation plant, the new type building materials plant, etc. Pengfei Group has the ability of supplying 6m rotary kiln, ball mill for cement production line with daily capacity of less than 10000tons, full set of compound fertilizer equipments with annual capacity of 500,000tons and active lime production line with daily capacity of leas than 1000tons.
Our company pursues product quality ceaselessly, cooperates with National Building Material Design Institute, and gradually develops new technology and new product. 11 products has passed the provincial identification, 6 products are approved to be national new products, 5 products gained provincial high quality product certificate, 4 products has been awarded high & new technical product certificate as well as 35 patents. Our main products are Pengfei rotary kiln, ball mill, crusher, cooler, conditioning tower, dust filter, vertical kiln, roller mill, dryer, cement mechanical equipments, electrical controlling equipment and so on.
Meanwhile Pengfei Group continuously updates the processing equipments. At present, we have 12pcs vertical lathes with the diameters of φ12m, φ10m, φ9m, φ5m and φ3.2m, 12pcs floor lathes with the diameter of φ7.3×20m, φ6.2×18m and φ5×15m, 8pcs hobbing machine with the diameter of φ12m, φ10m, φ8m and φ5m, 56pcs different cranes with capacity of 400t, 200t, 150t, 100t and 75t, φ6.5m annealing furnace, and 400t large-sized crane inside of workshop.
After 40 years' development, we have formed a compete set of best quality services on turn-key basis with designing, manufacturing, erection, debugging and commissioning for new type dry process rotary kiln cement production line. So our products are not only sold well in domestic market, but also exported to Armenia, Nepal, Libya, Yemen, Laos, Yemen, Turkey, Bangladesh, etc. In recent years, we have undertaken φ4.3×64m rotary kiln & φ3.8×13m ball mill for 3 production lines for Pakistan Lucky Cement Plant, φ2.6×(5.5+2.5)m wind swept coal mill for Myanma Thayet Cement Plant, one set of HRM1300 vertical mill for Bolivia Cement Plant, rotary kiln and cement mill of two 2500tpd cement production line for Vietnam Ceser Cement Plant, turnkey project of 800tpd cement production line for Azerbaijan GEMIKAYA Cement Plant, 1500tpd cement production line for Rwanda Cement Plant in Africa, and 2500tpd cement production line for Russia BOJIRA cement plant etc.
