Clinker burning system consists of five-stage cyclone preheater with on-line precalciner,Æ4.3×64m rotary kiln and new-type controllable flow grate cooler.
On an average the coal fired kiln produces 3,200 tons of clinker per day at a heat consumption of 740 kcal/kg-clinker.
From the cooler, clinker is discharged onto clinker bucket chain conveyor and transported to a clinker silo of 1-Æ32m with storage capacity of30000 tons. The clinker from the silo is transported to the cement mill proportioning station by belt conveyors and Bucket elevator.
The unburnt clinker will be deposited in a small silo of 2500tons, which is located on side of the clinker silo.
Coal Grinding
After preblending, the coal is sent to raw coal bin of coal mill system by belt conveyor, weighed by electronic belt weigher, then fed to coal mill for drying and grinding. Roller mill grinding system is adopted for pulverized coal preparation, utilizing the medium-temperature waste gas as drying heat source. Qualified pulverized coal carried by air stream directly enters pulse bag filter, and is collected by filter, then conveyed to pulverized coal bin with load cell by screw conveyor. The weighed pulverized coal is sent to the burner of kiln and precalciner respectively, while the dust-laden gas is emitted by draft fan after dedusted.
