Product Description
Aluminium 84R Strip Ceiling is modern decorative product, featured by its colors' diversity and flexible assembling. It is composed by 84mm wide U-shaped strip ceiling and 16mm wide fastener. Moreover, it is very easy to install and disassembe. The surface is treated with polyester-painting or PVDF with at least 10 years warranty. It is ideal decorative material for hotel, office, subway station, airport station.
Product Installation
1. Install the wall angle in the same height.
2. Lift the 38 main carrier with M8 bar, explosive bolt, and 38 main hanger.
3. Connect the 84R carrier with 38 main carrier with hanging parts, adjust the whole hanging system to level.
4. Push the 84R strip ceiling to be clamped by carrier, install the fastener bar into the gap between the 84R ceiling.
5. If two 84R strip ceilings need to be connected, prepare 10-20cm 84R strip ceiling and press it in the back of plates' connecting area.
Intallation parameter for the 84R strip ceiling:
1. Distance from the suspending M8 rod to the end of 84R carrier < 300mm
2. Distance between the suspending M8 rod <1700mm
3. Distance between the carriers < 1000mm
4. Distance from the carrier to the end of the ceiling plate < 500mm

Color Aluminum Roll Coating Production Equipment
JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.
We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.20mm, width 1680mm.
Spraying Process:
Skim→ Alkali→ Corrosion Blare→ Elimination(by acid) → Chromium zing→ Drying→
Parts→ Installation→Spraying→ Solidifying→ Parte-removing→ Check(packing)
Bending and Cutting Euipment
1. We offer FREE sample of coated aluminum coil and aluminum ceiling panel for our customer to examin our quality within 24 hours.
