3.Heat Treatment

The domestic first MCGS uniform temerature graduation oil-quenched production line,uses the computer long-distance visualization control.The temperature and the oil temperature carry on the accuracy control to the stove. Guarantee quenching quality maximum limit.Hardness of product high chromium cast grinding ball is bigger than HRC 62.The difference of surface hardness and centre hardness is less than 2 HRC. Residual Austenite less than or equal to 5%, Martensite organization of thin strip.Application of ball consumption of less than or equal to 20g/ton.

4.Medium Frequency Induction Furnace

The medium frequency induction furnace we applied was developed by the Xi'an Jiaotong University, using 660V low-voltage power transmission, by improving the frequency power supply and control voltage current value , the maximum extent has accelerated the melting speed. Improve efficiency, reduce the burning of alloy elements, ensure the stability of the material.2

5.Laboratory

We have a wear-resistant materials, provincial qualified R & D Center,  with the most advanced spark –direct reading spectrometer in the country, ultrasonic flaw detector, metallography microscope, universal material testing machine, drop ball testing machine and other testing equipment the maximum guarantee product quality and new product development.
