- The visual & dimension & hardness on component are inspected & tested.
- All procedures of production are recorded & traceability and offer the 3.1 certificate.
- According to customer demand,we would carry out the intermational Third-Party Inspection(TPI) and offer EN10204 3.2 Certificate.
- UT & MPT are witnessed by BVIS OF TPI as per ASME A355 & ASME B16.34.
- Through sandblasting treatment made the product surface texture more uniform.
- The integral test bars for mechanical property are taken from location of forings.
