Die casting is the process of forcing molten metal under high pressure into mold cavities (which are machined into dies). Most of die castings are made from nonferrous metals, specifically zinc, aluminum, magnesium, lead, and tin based alloys. Die casting is especially suitable for small and medium sized parts with highly precision requirement, high surface quality and dimensional consistency.

Usually, it would take about 25 days to make mould and samples would be supplied within 5 days. Now we have 4 die casting machines, and each day we could 4000-5000 pcs.

Yes, every step production and finished products would be inspected by QC department before shipping.
