How to operate the Air flow Carbonization stove?
1.First, we open the sealing lid and set the basket aside. Then we can put in raw materials (such as wood logs, wood bricks, wood chips, coconut shells or macadamia shells). If the ingredients are granular (such as coconut shell or macadamia shell). We should first empty the cylinder into the basket. Because there should be enough space inside to ensure complete carbonization
2.We then installed the basket and placed it in the main charcoal stove using a lifting tool. We should also put the lid on and seal the connection with sand or earth. After completing these preparations, we started to use the fuel material to heat the bottom of the stove. As the temperature rises, some smoke will be emitted from the exhaust port when the basket temperature reaches a high temperature (different raw materials will have different temperatures). When the smoke color turns pale yellow, immediately connect the exhaust pipe to allow the flue gas to return to the stove. At the same time, heating by fuel is stopped. Material (log or shell) during carbonization.
3.When the temperature reaches 450 degrees, heating should be stopped and carbonization should be completed. Then disconnect the connection. Remove the basket from the main furnace (the sealing lid cannot be opened) and let the material cool itself. When the temperature is about 50 degrees, we can open the sealing lid and remove the charcoal. The other two furnaces can be operated as described above.
