Introduction of smokeless carbonization kiln
The continuous carbonization furnace ,also called Environmental Continuous Gasification Carbonization Equipment, is used to convert the wood or agro waste materials containing carbon to charcoal powder under high temperature. The raw materials goes through the destructive distillation process in the oxygen-free environment to reach high carbonization degree. The materials required to be smaller than 5mm size, like sawdust, rice husks, groundnut shells, plants straws, tree barks and grinded coconut shells. So this equipment is also called Charcoal Powder Production Line.

- This continuous carbonization furnace can carbonize the raw material into charcoal directly. The raw material can be small size, such as sunflower shells, rice husk, sawdust etc kinds of sawdust ; But the raw material moisture content should be controlled in 8-12%; The size of the raw material should be within 3-5mm; This is the optimal time to make charcoal.
- The final product is carbon.It's an ideal equipment for the Activated carbon plant,mosquito-repellent incense plant,fireworks plant,carbon black plant and that take the charcoal powder as the main raw material.
Working principle of smokeless carbonization kiln
♣heating parts :
includes three heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the heating) and the drought fan.when the temperature reach to 250-300degree, just stop to heating and feed the raw material.
♣carbonizing parts :
consist of four carbonizing tubes, Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel, under the drive of the machine, the sawdust will be delivery to the tube 1, when the sawdust reach to the end of the tube 1,it will turn around to the tube 2, and so on, after four tubes carbonization, the sawdust will become charcoal powder.
♣gas recycle part:
when during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the gas recycle tubes can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the machine again.
♣Smoking purification parts :
in this carbonization machine, there are two purification tank, the first one to purify the smoking ( can not burning ), and the other one are used to purification the gas smoking when the working process, The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
♣cooling parts :
in the back side of the machine, there is one tube for cooling the hot charcoal powder, so we can get the charcoal powder directly.
♣controlling parts :
the whole wood sawdust carbonization machine we will equip one electrical control box to control the three electrical motors.
