This furnace is an ideal equipment to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Its rational structure can save much heat consumption. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, which leads to high speed cooling; high quality charcoal and much shorter production cycle its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
The operation instruction of gas flow carbonization stove
The first stage: drying
After making fire, heating the stove to about 100°C with middle-big fire, When the temperature gets up to about 100°C,then change to small fire, heating the inside of the stove, till the temperature comes up to 170°C-200°C.
This stage needs about 2 and half hours.
The second stage: pyrolysising
When the temperature of the stove reaches 170°C-200°C, heating it with middle fire, till the temperature comes up to about 340°C.
The second stage needs about 2 and half hours.
The third stage: quick pyrolysising process
When the temperature of the stove gets up to 340°C, using middle fire to make the temperature to about 380°C-400°C.
This stage needs about 2 hours.
The fourth stage: the telophase of the carbonizing
When the temperature comes up to 400°C, there will be no evident change in temperature. At this time using small fire. When the smoke evidently becomes less,stopping fire, sealing the venthole, the process of carbonization finishes.
This stage needs about 40 minutes.
The fifth stage: cooling, and unloading the charcoal
when the carbonization process finishes, if just let the charcoal cool by itself, there are two ways of sealing the venthole:
the first way: sealing the venthole completely, and let the charcoal cooling naturally. In this way, the glossiness of the charcoal will be very good. It needs about 16 hours.
The second way: opening the venthole completely, and let the charcoal cooling naturally. In this way the glossiness of the charcoal will not be good, but the quality is the same as that of the first way. It also needs about 16 hours.
The best point of temperature of unloading the charcoal is 40°C.
Notice: if there is no thermometer or it doesn’t work, the whole carbonization process needs about 7-8 hours with middle fire. Never use big fire during the whole process. When the amount of smoke becomes less, stop fire, seal the venthole, and the whole process finishes.

1. Examine the blower to see if it runs freely and smoothly.
2. Send water to condenser to test if it leaks.
3. Examine all binding parts if it is tight, and the sealing rock wool at furnace door, fore door is enough.
4. Connect wood tar pipe.
5. If everything is ready, load the furnace with the sticks. Sticks must be arranged horizontally and evenly.
6. Close furnace door after loading.
7. Light the fuel in kindling furnace, start wind guiding blower,
Close upper fire door and open lower fire door, adjust the valve at smoke outlet, enable the flue pipe unimpeded.
8. When heavy smoke comes out from the outlet, remove kindling furnace, and continue to guide wind.
9. Temperature rising and cooling should accord with the Temperature rising and distillation curve.
