Sample Policy

We are glad to send samples for your inspection. Samples are free, but with freight collect. The sample will be delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Mould Policy

A: How to open new mould

Option 1: You can sent us drawings, we can make sample as per your drawings;

Option 2: You can sent us samples, we will sent drawings for your confirmation, then we will sent samples for your confirmation.

B: Cost of new mould

We normally share mould cost with customer, for more information, we can have a deep discussion via Email.

C: Time for open new mould

We can sent samples within 40 days after received deposit.

1. How to guarantee clients interests?  

We have 360 degree guarantee policy:

a. After you approved the sample, before you place an order and pay for the deposit, you are welcomed to pay a visit to our factories, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.    

b. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility. 

c. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.

2. How to solve the quality problems after sales?(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us(3) Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representitive for inspection.When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.

3. How to confirm the quality before mass production?(1) You can get a free sample, and inspect the quality;(2) Send us your samples, and we make the sample for your confirmation.
