 1. Power capacitor should confirm left voltage reduce to rated voltage 10% to input again after the power was cut off ,normally it will need 200s almost..

4.Under power frequency rated voltage and when at 20°C, capacitors loss angle tangent value : no larger than 0.0005.

5. Capacitor is able to operate for a long period of time under highest value of operating voltage lower than 1.1-fold capacitor rated voltage.

6. Capacitor is allowed to operate over a long period time under less than 1.3 times capacitor rated current as a result of rise in voltage and  high harmonic stress
