Main features of tubular strander:
The standing cage is whole one, with small radial run-out. The cage is supported on the stands on both ends and running smoothly with low noise.The whole stranding cage is mounted on a base plate for easy installation.
The wire is theaded inside of the cage, easy for operation. The pneumatic brake for the cage works efficiently.
The payoff tension of the reel is mechanically or magnetically controlled and adjustable.
Wire-breaking and emergent stop are provided for reliable working.
The PLC handles the overall control, advanced in electric system.
