PM95A Motion Control Card
Used together with Weihong NcStudio software, PM95A motion control card (hereinafter referred to as PM95A) is used to control the motion of engraving machines, engraving and milling machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, etc.
When it is used together with NcStudio software, you need to insert it into PCIE slot. The definition of each interface is the same as that of the computer.
Performance of PM95A is as follows:
●Supporting upgrading FPGA program online via the upper control software.
●Supporting backing up both firmware and program, amending FLASH data, and verifying and protecting DNA.
●Supporting Phoenix and PCIE communication.
●Supporting data encryption and registration.

1. More comprehensive operating system compatibility
Pm95a series motion control card and its supporting software can run perfectly in win7, win8 64 bit and 32-bit operating systems; And under the 64 bit operating system, the poisoning probability of all kinds of software is greatly reduced.
2. Support PCI-E interface
At present, the mainstream of computer motherboard only supports PCI-E slot, so the PCI-E interface designed by control card can greatly facilitate users to choose computers.

4. Simpler wiring
DB9 serial communication is adopted, and only one DB9 core wire is required for communication from the control card to the Rhonda controller (terminal board). The transmission speed is faster, the stability is stronger, and the wiring is more convenient, which perfectly solves the problem of difficult subsequent maintenance wiring and wiring change of the electrical cabinet due to dense layout.

The maximum pulse output frequency reaches 640kHz, which is 4 times higher than the maximum pulse output frequency of 160kHz of pm53c / B series motion control card.

●Computer Sleep Mode function and Fast Start function may lead to abnormal function of this product. Thus, please refer to the corresponding documentation to disable related functions before using this product.
