1.Can I get some samples?

A:We are honored to send you our samples for free,and according to our company’s rule. Sample is free for your evaluation but the express fee need to paid by your esteemed company

2.How about the delivery time?

1)For Sample order will be prepared within 5 Days.

2)For bulk order, normally,it needs 20-30days, it is based on your QTY

3.Can you do custom-made?

OEM, ODM both welcomed. We also can help you to design.

3)Design and produce based on your Idea and draft

4.How about the payment?

1).Amount less than $1000, You can pay for the order by Paypal, western Union
2).Amount more than $1000, You can pay for the order by T/T, LC

3).Alibaba trade assurance paid

5.How about the shipping?

1) For sample order, it would sent by express company like UPS, Fedex ,TNT ect. We have strong cooperation with them and if you have express collected account, you will no need to pay us.

2) For bulk order, it would sent by sea. We have our cooperation forwarder and you also can use your  forwarder.

6.How about your after service?

1) Any Inquiries will be replied within 24 hours

3)All products will be strictly quality checked and well-packed before shipping

4)If you order FCL and the broken more than 2%,we will replace you at next time.
