Laminated Glass is made of two or more than two sheets of glass between which one or multi-layers of PVB with strong cohesion is sandwiched under high tempered and pressure.The laminating process results in the tempered glass panels holding together in the event of breakage, reducing the risk of harm.

What are the common intermediate layers of laminated glass and what is the difference between them？
The materials of the middle layer of laminated glass are PVB, EVA, SGP.
PVB laminated glass is used the most, characterized by good adhesion to glass, pvb has color, sound insulation, heat absorption,ultraviolet light transmission film, etc.
PVB has good safety, sound insulation, transparency and UV resistance, but PVB has poor water resistance, and it is easy to delaminated when it is in a humid environment for a long time
EVA laminated glass ‘s cost performance is higher. Compared with PVB and SGP, EVA has better fluidity, lower melting temperature and can be processed at temperatures up to 110 °C .EVA It is easy to yellow and black in long-term sun exposure, so it is mainly used for indoor partitions.
SGP laminated glass is characterized by glass and metal adhesion , good water resistance, higher transparency.
