 How to produce curved tempered glass?

To produce curved tempered glass you have to make sure that the the glass size is the exact size which you finally desired. cutting the glass to your size and then grind it, with some edgeworks, after that,  put the glass into the tempering furnace heating to around 700 degree temperature(which is so called the soft temperature point of the glass) and then transefer to the wind jet place. using the curve devices to make the glass in your shape, in the meantime, cool the glass down with the strong wind jet.  Thus causing the surface of the glass into compression whereas the inner part still in tension.
