Clear float glass is made by melting of such high-quality quartz sandstone powder, sodium carbonate and dolomite under high temperature in the melting furnace to produce glass liquid which forms a glass strip with even thickness on the tin liquid surface, then the glass strip is hardened by cooling, annealed in the lehr and cut to different sizes according to requests.

The clear float glass is extensively applied in the deep processed products such as tempered glass, laminated glass, insulated glass, off-line coated glass, mirrors, heat treated glass and are used widely in the doors, windows of various buildings, curtain wall for exterior elevation, furniture, internal partition and decoration.
