1. Put level and pinch valve insurance when Inflated or deflated, otherwise very difficult to inflate or deflate.
2. Deflated when repaired.

B,Customized sample is avaible with sample charge about USD300-500, it depends on your logo and design.
Question 3. Sample charge can be returned back to you or not?
Answer: Yes, after order(qty. up to our moq) is confirmed, it will be returned back to you by reducing from the balance payment.
Question 4.Is freight collect or pre-pay for sample ?
Answer: Delivery cost is paid by buyer, but you can choose collect or pre-pay at our side( it will be cheaper, if you do not have a express account, you can pay the sample charge and freight to us together, then we can pay for you)
Question 5.Does factory pass any certificates?
Answer:Our factory is BV verified supplier, we have SGS report for material.

6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
