1. introduction
This machine is mainly used to make the coal briquettes in honeycomb shapes. This kind of honeycomb briquette has been used in China for almost 80 years. But why ? It just because it has the advantages of full burned due to the holes on the briquettes. Normal cases is a briquette existed burning 1 hour . Less coal resources left after burned , just because of the special design of the briquette. 2.Advantages It makes the coal briquette much harder ( force upto 90kg ) compete with the traditional coal briquette making machine. Raw material: it can be coal/charcoal, coal charcoal powder. It also can be biomass materials and agricultural materials like all kinds of straw, sawdust, wood, branches etc. Shapes of Briquettes: There are different shapes, such as round, square, flower shapes and fan-shaped etc. Or we can manufactures as your requirement. 1) it produces different shape of briquettes by replacing matching moulds, shapes include square ,round, triangle, etc. 2) Besides the normal products, special moulds can also be designed and manufactured according to the customers’ requirements
4.Working Principle
This series of dust briquette press plant will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll.
