Introduction of maker charcoal

The maker charcoal is mainly used for pressing powder materials which are difficult to form. Working Principle of maker charcoal

From the storage silo, the material is feed into the molding machine hopper evenly by the quantitative device. Then the regulation board on the hopper make the material evenly enter into the middle of the roller; the reverse operating roller compress the material and the forming pressure increases gradually, at the centerline of the roll the forming pressure reaches its maximum value, once the material through the line, the molding pressure rapidly decrease so that the material forms into ball shape and smoothly discharge the ball.

Features of maker charcoal

Shape: The charcoal balls pressed by ball press machine are diversified, pillow shape, oval shape, egg shape, ball shape, column shape, square shape and so on. The shapes and size of the briquettes can be customized.
Hardness: The finished charcoal balls are very hard as the binder is added when producing the charcoal balls.
