Helical Agitator

Hydraulic parts
The oil pressure system consists of motor, oil pump, one-way valve, overflow valve, unloading valve, accumulator and supporting cylinder. The accumulator of this machine can make the cylinder stable, and the pressure of this machine is 15-31.5MPa, which can be adjusted. The performance of the machine is stable, the pressure generated firmly pushes the passive roll to the active roll (constant roll), overcomes the pressure generated by the material, and ensures the pellet density.
Control System
Control system can be selected according to customer’s requirements, such as manual control, semi-automatic control and PLC automatic control. Ensure all equipment are connected and run efficiently.
