Mill scale briquette machine can press charcoal powder, charcoal dust, coal powder, etc into ball or pillow shaped charcoal .The diameter of briquettes can be 30-60 mm.

1.Feeding system:

Ration feeding and ensure the iron powder go into the machine evenly.

2.AC motor:

Electromagnetic speed regulation motor. It can maintain the constant feeding pressure to make sure the stable quality of outlet briquettes when the feeding efficiency of conveyor feeder is equal to the required amount of iron powder of main machine.

3.Transmission system:

Motor, V-belt, reduction gear, exposed gear and rollers.

4.If the briquette machine is hydraulic type:

Hydraulic protection device: when the machine working, the hydraulic pump drives the high pressure oil into the hydaulic cylinder to make the pistion axial displacement. Then the front connector of pistion rod will be on the bearing block, which can meet the requirements of production pressure.

Remarks: Based on different materials, briquettes size, capacity, the technical parameter is adjustable.
