Brief Introduction of the Product
1) Brief Introduction Of The product
It's a device to make the coal powder into different shapes bar or rod shape briquettes. The working process is like the following: the motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mold and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.
2) Raw material requirements
1. Inlet Size: less than 5mm( if the material cannot achieve the requirement, it should be crushed first.)
2. Inlet Moisture: 8%-12%, (if raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash dried in case of the outlet briquettes are easy broken and have crevice.)
