This briquette machine is using the biomass, rice husk, sawdust, cotton stalk, wooden powder, bamboo powder etc as raw material to make the briquette under high remperature and high pressure. And the raw material moisture should be within 8-12%; and the size should be within 5mm size.

For using our briquette machine, you should do these steps first:

1. When connect the electricity, preheat the briquette machine to the appointed temperature(this is mainly according to your raw material);

2. when the temperature is reaching the appointed temperature, then feeding the material in the feeding port;

3. By the screw propeller and heating ring and forming tube working, you will get the briquette you need. but the briquette is hot, so you should wear the proximity gloves.
