Working Principle for charcoal briquette machine: 

Motive power will transmit to two rollers through the reducer synchronously and 

make them rotate oppositely. Materials enter into ball mode naturally, with rollers 

rotation, pressure of materials bearing becomes larger. When arriving at two rollers 

contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pre

ssure, materials become ball shape from powder shape. The briquettes can be pro

duced with high or low pressure and can undergo mechanical or thermal treatment 

according to the characteristics of the processed material, the binder used and the 

desired end product.

Operation for charcoal briquette machine:

1. If your raw material is big block, you should choose a crusher.

2. If your raw material is with high moisture (higher than 12%), you should choose 

 a dryer. If you prefer to use dry powder type briquette machine, the moisture should 

be less than 5%, also based on materials’ performance.

3. Generally, it is better to add some binder/adhesive into the raw material. If you pre

-fer to use dry powder type briquette machines, generally, no need binder.

4. About belt conveyor, you can buy from us, also can make by yourself. We would 

like to supply the detail drawing of conveyor for you.

5. The final briquettes can be dried under the sun or through mesh belt dryer and chain 

plate dryer.

1.During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site 

   for guiding the installation and commissioning. and we also offer training service.

2.The buyer should pay the cost such as travelling, lodging and eating and so on, and 

   pay the service fee. 

3.The quality assurance date is 12 months after the machine's commissioning.

4.If the equipments appear the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, 

  we are in charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.   

5.We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality 

  assurance date, if the equipments need to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
