Working principle of roof tile making machine:
2.1 structure vacuum mud scouring machine is a unit, which is composed of mud scouring machine vacuum pump and vacuum accessories. The main engine is arranged horizontally, as long as it includes power transmission part, feeding and mixing part, vacuum chamber part, extrusion part, frame, etc.
2.2 working principle: the vacuum mud refiner injects mud from the feeding port. The mud is first crushed and rubbed by the feeding screw. Then it is crushed and pressed by the double shaft screw. The surface area of the mud is expanded by the sieve plate. The gas contained and adsorbed is pumped out by the vacuum pump, and the mud is pushed forward while degassing. When it reaches the vacuum chamber, the gas is basically discharged, and then under the strong push of the extrusion screw, The slurry is extruded to the cone-shaped cylinder of the head, and finally extruded from the nozzle, and then cut into the required size of the slurry section through the roller platform.
