We are an OEM factory. And we have the space, equipment, and capacity to take on diverse custom metal work in our workshops. Our custom metal fabrication services include Punching, Machining(CNC turning, CNC milling etc), Laser Cutting, Press Brake Forming, Shearing & Welding.
With our close working relationship with our subcontractors, we can also offer Casting, Waterjet Cutting & Plasma Cutting. Also With our long serving relationships with many subcontractors, we are able to offer all your finishing requirements, ranging from Plating (Anodising, Zinc Plate, etc), Coating (Powder Coating, Electrophoresis and Wet Paint), Silkscreening, Polish & Engraving.
We have the experience and expertise to handle all your requirements from design through to assembly. With our ability to adapt to each and every customer need, we are happy to assist in few samples, small batch work and large production runs.

| Comment | We have a lot of punch presses, some are up to 200 ton punching capacity. When you have small sheet metal parts made, we can make it by these punch presses. But we need to make a tooling before it comes to production. Also, if your volume is huge, we can develop an auto feeder equipment to achieve the ability of automatic production to shorten the lead time. |

| Comment | Flexible manufacturing at its best! We can punch any diameter hole, rectangle, shape, angle, or contour. Programs are created using Metalsoft Fabriwin. Our state of the art turrets can accommodate sheets up to 4 feet x 12 feet with a maximum sheet thickness of 1/4 inch, and a wide variety of tooling shapes. Up to 33 ton punching capacity. Our machines with 49 tool turrets are capable of tapping and counter sinking to increase accuracy and quality while decreasing time. |

It’s difficult. It’s a measurement that’s so tiny that any welder or metal cutter would consider it dead on. But that’s how accurate we can cut with our 4000-watt CO2 Laser Cutting Machine. Our 6000mm x 1500mm cutting table allows us to take on both the small quantity and large volume jobs quickly and with unmatched precision. We can cut carbon steel up to 20mm, stainless steel to 10mm, and aluminum to 8mm.
The laser cutting technology of National Metal Fabricators allows for greater part-to-part consistency, cleaner and burr-free cuts, quicker production, minimal operator intervention or human error, and greater accuracy. Overall, you can save money by reducing wasted metal. |

| Comment | When it comes to press brake fabrication, MGX Metalworks really puts the pressure on. We take on anything from simple brackets to intricate metal housings, and everything in between.
Our press brake capacity ranges from 350-ton by 10' down to 150-tons. All our press brakes are equipped with computer controls and back gauging that guarantee a level of precision and versatility that is unbeatable. With our equipment, we are able to press brake form carbon steel as thick as 3/8”. At MGX Metalworks, we can do press brake forming for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass.
