1. MOQ

    Normally, the minimum order quantity is 100sets/color. For some hot items available in stock, it 

    can be as low as 50sets/color. Mixed orders are workable.

2. Trade Term

    Usually quoted by FOB Yiwu or FOB Ningbo

3. Payment Term

    Usually T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) 30% T/T advance and 70% before shipment, Western Union 

    and Paypal, better payment term could be granted.

 4. Lead time

     Normally 25-45 days. Upon to your order

5. Shipping Method

    We provide DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS and Logistics service. By Sea is available for big orders.

6. Sample fee

    Amples fee and  freight for you own. Samples fee can be reimbursed as part of payment for the 

    orders you place in future.

7. OEM/ODM Project

    OEM/ODM project is welcome. We own our mold workshop and develop mold by ourselves.

    Our sales team would work with technicians and designers to give you best solutions and finish 

    the project on schedule. The minimum order quantity for customized products and material is 

    varied from 1000- 2000sets or more. We always respect our customers’ copyright and business 

    secrets.

8. Aftersales

    Once the goods doesn’t arrive in good condition due to the shippment issue. Please be free to 

    inform us within 7 days, we will help you to solveit. (Basically, this kind of situation will not 

    appear because we always pack the goods very well before sent out)
