General description of Craft Brewery Equipment:

The while cellar plant for beer fermentation, storage etc, with catwalks, manifold or piping corridor for beer, CO2, air, CIP etc.

Basic configuration about Micro Brewing Systems :

The whole grain milling unit from outdoor silo to inside mill, hopper, premasher etc

Brewhouse: Four or Five vessels, the whole brewhouse unit, optional rice cooker

Cellar: Fermenter, storage tank and BBTs, for fermentation of different kinds of beer, all assembled and isolated, With cat walks or manifold.

Cooling: Chiller connected with glycol tank for cooling, Ice water tank and plat cooler for wort cooling

CIP: Fixed CIP station

Filtration: Diatomite filtration, membrane filter, Plate frame filtration unit etc.
