 Our company is located in Kaiping City ,Guangdong Province , which will take about 2  hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our company .

If for our design, production,  package problem, Sontiy  takes full responsibility for it.We will send the report back to you after we get the product problems form our clients, then we also offer some solutions to solve the problems out.

 3.Q: How to ensure product quality ? 

 Firstly ,all the product will be 100% inspected  before shipment.Including full set testing equipment:Lifespan Testing, High Pressure Testing, Water Flow Testing, Aging Testing.

4.Q:Can I get the  free samples to check the quality at first before placingthe offical  order ?

Of course you can get the samples at first .And regarding to the sample and delivery charge. We will refund it to you in the offical  order .

5.Q:Can I laser our own logo in the product and pack them in the colour box with our design?       

 Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers.And the package aslo can be done according to the customers's requirement.
