     BK-280II mochi Making Machine is designed independently by Beikn machinery , which can automatic sprinkling, compact and scientific design make the machine in a stable working condition, much more convinenent than the traditional encrusting machine.


    This machine with three hoppers,can make food with three colors.Besides it works with wire cutter device which can make more patterned cookies like panda cookies,Penguin cookies, heart shape cookies,mosaic cookies, slicer cookies and so on.


     It  also can make kinds of snack food, like croquettes/kibbeh/coxinha/maamoul/cheese stuffed chicken balls/fried potato cheese balls/bread cheese balls/mochi ice cream/churros,energy balls, etc.

4.Machine with mixing structure better than normal encrusting machine. It can produce twist products. And makes the skin of the product is more smoother.
 
5.The ratio of dough and product size can be adjusted by the panel.

6.Parts in contact with the products are food grade,and all machine parts are have CE certification.

7.When we make double colors cookies ,we need three filling hoppers and if we make food with  one filling but no other color,we can use one filling.
