Spring Roll Wrapper Machine Working Principle:
Put the prepared pulp into the barrel, when the baking wheel is heated to 160 C, start the pulp pump to deliver the pulp to the nozzle, operate the clutch lever, so that the pulp adheres to the arc surface of the baking wheel. When the baking wheel rotates over 270-300 degrees, the pulp matures and automatically separates from the baking wheel to form a fixed thickness spring roll skin.
It is composed of frame, pneumatic element, electrical element, heating element and moulding abrasive tool. The machine can set heating temperature and time according to need, complete pressing and heating work within a set time, and change the mould to press different thickness and shape of cake according to the processing requirements.
