Process:
Step 2 : material cut by a cutting to length line to required size pieces
Step 3 : one worker feeds the already cut pieces into automatic PP bag sewing unit to achieve folding,sewing and thread cutting at the same time.
Step 4 : packing with hydraulic baling machine
Cutting to length line
To cut roll material into required size pieces .both hot cutting and hot cutting could be supplied .cold cutting for materials with coating and hot cutting for materials without coating.
Automatic PP bag sewing unit
Automatic single piece to piece one side sewing . manual feeding ,with bag folding or crepe tape binding device . automatic pneumatic thread cutting,bag counting device.
